Refund policy

Nothing in our policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligibility for Return:

Due to the personal nature of our wellness and comfort products, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unopened (safety seal intact)unused and in sellable condition with its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase.

Once we receive the item it will be assessed for eligibility. If approved, you can choose a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, but please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items:

Digital Products: No change of mind returns or refunds. If you have concerns, please reach out to us for assistance.
Opened or used items: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. If you have any issues after opening the item please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards: These cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
