Physical Products

All physical orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays); once dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Delivery timeframes are set by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. While we endeavour to ship your order promptly, we’re not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed over.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels after dispatch.

Digital Products

Digital products (such as gift cards) are delivered via instant download and will be available immediately after purchase.

Should you purchase a combination of a physical and digital product, the digital product will be available immediately and the physical product will be sent in line with our shipping policy on physical products (above).
